Jan Berenstain, co-creator of the Berenstain Bears, passed away on Friday. As a child I can remember going to the local public library and reading the Berenstain Bears books. I must have read every last one that was available. It’s always said to hear when one of the authors that you grew up on has passed on. RIP Jan.
